We will do our best to ensure you receive a reply before then end of the next business day – in many cases you’ll have a reply within a couple of hours

Instrument Repair & Customizations: We regret to inform you that, thanks to our ever growing backlog of new instrument orders, as of 25 March 2010 we are no longer able to offer instrument repair and modification services for instruments we did not build. If you’re already in the queue for an instrument repair/modification job (you know who you are), don’t worry – we’re not erasing the queue, just closing the door for any new additions. We will continue to offer warranty (no claims to date!) and emergency repair work services for Regenerate instruments
